Our mentorship path is a relationship-based model where a mentor, generally the person who brought you on to the team, will routinely check in on you and give you their availability, active listening, and constructive feedback to help you reach your goals. This is a more time-consuming and hands-on approach to partnership.

The consulting path is more indirect and task-oriented, and is focused on short-term goals, performance, and development. This is a more independent model and a more hands-off approach. It relies more on the person seeking coaching to seek feedback when needed.
